Hug Your Dad

Hug Your Dad

“This father’s day, I am expressing my love towards my dad by participating in the #HugYourDad activity at BlogAdda in association with Vicks.”

It gives me immense pleasure to write this blog because even words would be less to explain my DAD's importance in my life.A beautiful quote which I like and believe in "Some people don’t believe in Heroes. They’ve never met my DAD." as true by its words my Dad is always my hero. My father taught me the values in my childhood which I follow till now and its the foundation he laid on which I build my building of my Life. In my Childhood I used to wait for my Dad to come back from office and when he finally arrives I will run to the door and give him a big hug. He used to tell me, my Hug would vanish all his tensions. Dad made me understood that journey of life is not easy sometimes you alone have to face failure that does not mean to believe it as a end he taught me to learn from the failure and fight back for a new beginning.Even though we live in 21st century there is always some boundaries for girls but my Dad never let that boundaries to stop me from dreaming. My Dad gave me wings to my DREAMS.

As I grow up I may out grow my Dad's Lap but I know I will never outgrow his Heart. My priorities might change as I grow up but for him I am his first priority. This doesn't mean that I don't love my mother the truth is my mother gave me a Life but my Dad taught me how to make that life fruitful. Some wise men said "Certain is it that there is no kind of affection so purely angelic as of a father to a daughter." Its true because at any time when you get hurt you will prefer Dad's shoulders to cry on. Even though father scolds you in your mistakes he too get hurt while scolding. He loves you so much that he will sacrifice everything for your happiness. Your Dad is the one who can read your face when you are fooling everybody in the World. He is the only person who knows the reason of your silence. The best way to thank him him would be a hug because it has feeling which is more important than your words.

People loves titles in their name like Doctor, Professor and Engineer etc,but my dad loves only one title to be called him by my name. He only wishes that I should always be his Pride. He taught me we should give more priority to family than anything else because you can make money later but not memories. Memories lies in small happy moments with friends, family and relatives. Because of him I am always Daddy's little girl even though I am big enough to make my own decisions but I need his agreement to it. I  don't know much about the World but know one thing even though my Dad was not a King but he treated me as a Princess. This does not mean that he pampers me all the time and fulfill all my wishes but even though he don't necessarily agree with some of the things I do but I understand his intention would be about my good. As Dad always want me to be happy. For me my Dad is best because " He taught me the lesson of life like a Teacher, when I feel alone he supports me like a Friend, when I do wrong he will be my Path-maker and he will be with me all time like a Shadow."

A hug is a handshake from the heart. It is rightly said, hug is the best medicine you can give your loved ones during any situation whether in happiness or when someone is depressed to support them that they are not alone. I still remember the last time I hugged my Dad when I was depressed of my 12th result when everyone was scolding me that you wasted your Dad's money in Coaching and unnecessary things, he hugged me and told me leave about the money, I know you have tried and its okay for me even if you have not brought 90% marks because more than anybody else I know what you are capable of so don't worry. Opportunities are always there knocking if you lost once think about the other one. When everything breaks down and I feel like giving up, my Dad's hug gives me strength to rise again. It is rightly said by someone "A dad is someone who hugs you when you cry, scolds you when you break the rules, shines with pride when you succeed, and has faith in you even when you fail."
