You are never alone

Smiling faces are loved by all, 

It is a person's beauty that is what poets call, 

Smile has now become a poker face everyone wears, 

Behind the closed doors are hidden the tears,

We don't realize our problems don't define us, 

It's okay if our emotions buzz, 

No one lives a glittering life,

Everyone has their own strife,

Embrace your vulnerable side,

Present yourself to the world with pride,

You don't have to suffer silently behind a mask,

If you need help, don't hesitate to ask,

Don't allow darkness overpower you,

Acknowledge it and towards light you flew,

Like workout for body do meditation for mind,

Be thankful for life and to yourself be kind,

A bad day in your life would not be permanent,

Think about a time when you felt fortunate,

Discuss mental health as you would any other sickness,

Connect with professionals rather than worsening illness,

It's okay to feel broken, you can be healed still,

Focus on your mental health as no one else will,

It may feel lonely, but you are never alone,

Entire planet is a family if you consider its your own.
