Women are always described as kind and caring, Multitasking and always sacrificing, Would you not agree that it should be human nature? Not merely a female gesture, Besides her job, she deals with food, childcare and parents, In this agitation, she has no self-care or relaxing moments, House should be a shared responsibility for all who live there, When everything is put on one shoulder, how can it be fair? We teach our daughter household chores, but not to our son, Ever wonder why she has to be the responsible one? We must end gender-based accountability, A task that isn't gendered is equality, Support her in breaking the stereotype of being sensitive like a flower, Have a desire to see the women in your life to lead in places of power, If she can be happy to see you grow and pray for you to achieve your aim, I don't understand why it's so hard for you to be known by her name, The technology we have built has more equality we can exclaim, Regardless of who

 In response to watching a movie for the first time, I wrote a poem. I would like to thank  "Rocketry: The Nambi Effect". I hope Nambi sir this poem reaches you. There are many moments when I wish to speak, But I stay silent because I know I am weak, Not physically or mentally I could fight this unknown, But as a 'human', to that victim something I own, Her bawl with pain haunts my dream, She asks me "Isn't this an inhumanity's extreme?"   I couldn't say a word there, And I tried to disregard like I didn't hear, I know within a few days everything will be alright, By watching a stand-up comedy I would feel light, After all, I am not a revolutionary to bring a change, But now this mature thinking is not working that's strange, Might be because I am a woman I couldn't ignore it anymore, My blood boils when someone asks "What did she wore?", All I want to ask is," How could you justify such a heinous crime?" कुछ समझ नहीं आ रहा, क्या हो रहा है यहाँ, आज खामोश है सारा जगह, अफ़सोस बस यह है कि हम भी है एक वजह, कल से बहुत उम्मीद थी, मगर वक़्त से हम हारे, आज समय इतना है, मगर गिन रहे हैं तारे, चिड़िया जैसी कैद हैं, एक जगह दिन रात, आज समझ आया, वह बेज़ुबान जानवरों की बात, अजीब है हमारे कैद होने से, खिल गए दुनिया के रंग, अब लग रहा हैं कि, हम बेवफा थे, ये धरती के संघ, अब तक लग रहा था कि, हम ले जा रहे है देश को आगे, मगर अब समझ आया, सिर्फ अपने स्वार्थ में हम भागे, हैं तो हम इतने भी, अच्छे नहीं, लेकिन अब चाहते है, कुछ करे सही, देर ही सही, चलो आया तो होश, बिखेरा है तो, अब सवारने में लगाएंगे जोश, इन मुश्किलों ने सिखाया, क्या होता हैं बरकत, सेहत के बिना, कोई काम का नहीं दौलत और इमारत, अजीब यह हैं कि अभी है, सब आधुनिक, फिर भी नहीं कर पा रहे है, सब ठीक, बदलना तो हमें होगा, उसके बिना कुछ नहीं कर पाएंगे, चिकित्सक और दरोगा, दुसरो के लिए नहीं तो अपनों के लिए ही सही, माना कि हैं पिंजरा मगर घर से निकलेंगे नहीं, बस इतनी सी हैं बात, क्या आप देंगे, इसमे मेरा साथ ? ~ मर्लिन थॉमस
